Britney Spears Vs Kevin Federline legal tussle over custody of their children rages on as they both continue with their busy schedules. Britney Spears' attorney successfully filed a delay on the custody hearing, sources from a holly wood paper reported.In the Britney delay papers filed in Los Angeles Superior court, her monthly earnings were revealed as the case revolves around custody, spousal and child support.
Mark Vincent Kaplan, representing Federline revealed that Britney pockets in an average of more than $730,000 per month. Some of the documents obtained from the August 27 hearing, revealed that Federline has been receiving 420,000 per month as spousal support. This payment is however due to stop by Nov. 15 which might explain why the custodial hearing is receiving a heavy backing from Federline allies.
In the same documents, a list of people to be subpoenaed by Federline's team has been obtained as the push to retain custody of the 2 kids (sean preston (23 months) and Jayden James (11 months) gains momentum.
